"Having just been diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder a while ago, I didn't know what to do with myself! The GP offered me some advice, but I felt that I needed more. I searched around and found Charlotte. She was an absolute mine of information about what I could do to improve my situation. She was kind and sympathetic and very understanding regarding my symptoms. I can honestly say that she was an incredible help to me at the time, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help."

“Charlotte has been working with my mum since she had a significant stroke. At the hospital, they said mum would never walk again but the work Charlotte did with her, not only got her walking again but even going up and down stairs. It gave her back the mobility we didn't think she would ever get. Charlotte works brilliantly with mum doing her exercises, but also giving her the emotional support she needs. Every week, Charlotte goes into her care home and works with mum to keep moving. Mum has had a few set backs along the way, but each time Charlotte has worked patiently with her to get her going again. Charlotte has been invaluable to mum's recovery and I recommend her without reservation.”

"I cannot thank or recommend Charlotte enough for the care she had given my mum. From the very beginning, she had treated mum not just as a client, but as someone she truely cares about. Her kindness, patience, and warmth makes such a difference, and she always goes above and beyond to make mum feel safe, respected, and supported. She is incredibly skilled and efficient, but it’s her compassion and genuine heart that sets her apart. As a family, we are so grateful to know that my mum is in such loving and capable hands. "

"Charlotte has been visiting Mum in her care home for quite some time now. Mum has arthritus in the legs knees and hips she is 84 years of age and is wheel chair bound. She had a fall and was struggling with everyday life but now with the strength Charlotte has built up in her all during covid has had a small stint in Hospital but then decided a care home would be a safer place. Lower body and upper arms she is now able to use the rotunda for transfers a lot easier standing taller safely and also moving around in her self propelled wheelchair. Charlotte is not just a physio but also a good listener which has helped Mums mental health. She looks forward to Charlotte's visits each week, making progress with her standing and small steps on the spot. Before Charlotte visited Mum, Mum was getting depressed and giving up she knows she may never walk again but the strength she is gaining and the confidence has made her life a lot more pleasant and not so much of a struggle. Also Charlotte talks with the manager and staff at the care home advising what would be good for Mum and what makes Mum frustrated. I would highly recommend Charlotte. She also has a kind voice giving confidence and making the physio not hard work but more enjoyable."

"Best physiotherapist ever! I know Charlotte for few years now. She does my physio sessions twice a week. From the start, she took the time to truly understand my condition and tailored a treatment plan especially for my needs. Charlotte always greets me with a smile and does an outstanding job. Her professional yet compassionate approach makes every session productive and encouraging. I can recommend her expertise to everyone looking for a passionate physiotherapist who understands how all part of the body work together. She doesn't focus on the symptoms only but the origin of the pain and discomfort. Charlotte is truly an amazing person who would go out of her way to help her patient! I feel so lucky to have her in my life as she deeply cares. "
