A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Charlotte, a 33-year-old mum of three girls with a passion for motorbikes. I am a fully qualified physiotherapist, graduating in 2014. I have been working in private practice since qualifying and have built my career around delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual.

My clinical roots are in stroke and neurological rehabilitation, as well as elderly care—an area I developed a strong passion for while working closely alongside my father, who is also a qualified physiotherapist. This experience gave me a deep understanding of complex rehabilitation and the importance of patient-centred treatment.

Following the births of my three daughters, I personally experienced challenges including abdominal separation (diastasis recti), muscle loss, weight changes, and bladder dysfunction. Going through my own rehabilitation journey was life-changing and inspired me to expand my practice into women’s health and fitness-based physiotherapy.

This is now a field I am deeply passionate about. I understand first-hand how overwhelming these postnatal and body changes can feel, and I am committed to helping women regain confidence, strength, and function through targeted, supportive physiotherapy. My goal is to empower every client with the knowledge, tools, and care they need to move well and feel strong again.
quotes

“Charlotte has been working with my mum since she had a significant stroke. At the hospital, they said mum would never walk again but the work Charlotte did with her, not only got her walking again but even going up and down stairs.”
